Can LIFTID heal an old, damaged brain? That is what I intend to find out! It has been months since I wrote an article – I didn’t know what to write about. I guess I had a little ‘writer’s block’ you can say. That, mixed with a little ‘blah’ feelings, really makes it hard to write about anything positive or worth reading. This blog was intended to guide, uplift and inspire whomever happens across this website. So I intend to write about a really cool gadget I came across on Amazon – LIFTED. The thing you saw on Shark Tank and didn’tget any financial backing. Maybe it was a crummy presentation, but I still found the product very interesting. I have been using it for three days now and I’m not going to blow your mind with statistics and studies, but I do have a little history with technology like this. LIFTID is a transcranial direct current stimulation device and what made this so intriguing to me was the fact that I can do sessions safely and easily at home. Typically you would need to visit a professional and spend thousands of dollars on multiple tDCS sessions. LIFTID cost me $159 in March 2023, which makes it a fraction of the cost and nearly the same results. I cannot feel any sensations while using this device, but some people feel warmth or a tingling sensation. The only reason I can compare my professional and personal tDCS sessions today. is my reduced level of anxiety and “blah’ feelings. In fact I am wearing it right now as I write this entry. Moreover, I plan to write an entry on my journey with this product once a week, but don’t hold me to it if I miss a week. Remember, I’m still blind mom! Anyway, I can’t really give you a real review of this product quite yet because it has only been a few days. I do have to say though, that it does seem to keep me focused while I work out. That is typically when i use it the most, during a 20 minute aerobic workout. I don’t have too high of expectations for a miracle, but it can’t hurt or can it – we will see! Check back next week for another update.
